Intriguing Cat Tails

I am still trying to capture the beauty of Cat Tails. So this is another attempt. Since today was a beautiful pastel fall day, the subtitles of the colors in the sky caught my attention. I am also just experimenting with the oils, the paints and linseed oil as well as just playing with colors. After a morning of painting doors and trim, kitchen and bathroom walls I wasn’t sure if I could still paint a picture. A lot of painters stick with one thing and have this drive to perfect something…. Well, I’m the opposite, I have to keep experimenting and trying different things. Never been one to do the same thing over and over, that comes out in my painting. Oil On Wrapped Stretched Canvas 16 x 20
