Circle of Life

Finishing this painting was perhaps the most challenging piece yet. Many of you have been following my paintings and know most of what I paint is a journaling of something going on in my life. Sometimes things happen you and must relearn how to continue. This week was a lesson in new beginnings for me. Many times, I wanted to quit painting because of the loss of our special Ruby. Thanks to my family, I was encouraged to continue painting. Now, one week later, I could pick up a brush and complete this painting. I call it Circle of Life because the Raptors, which we have many residing in the neighborhood, remind us of the constant changing needs. Everything so very purposeful in our beautiful circle of life.
