ARTIC SUNSET SKETCH
#2-1.6.2017
I woke up at midnight and was so happy to find our water running! With the recent Artic blast of subzero temps, down to -26 below our water froze up. The previous days attempts to get it thawing didn’t work, mysterious in the night something broke free. Being so excited about that I needed to channel some energy. So, I painted sunset visions I recalled from our drive home from Dillon. The beauty of the long shadows and the pastel colors make up for the cold we endure in this part of the world. Its beautiful outside!
