THUNDER CLOUDS ROLLING IN

Had such a great drive over to Anaconda today. Took the Melrose road out of Twin Bridges, gravel road thru the hills, vistas 360 with no structures or cars in sight. Saw many birds and animals. Did this quick study of those thunderheads building on the way home. If I was really ambitious, I could paint up a storm myself with all the great visuals in my head. Love Montana!!! This is a small Oil painting on 7 x 16 Cedar board. I like doing these for people who just want a reminder of Montana’s beauty.
My passion is painting impressionist /abstract original oil paintings. Nature is my biggest inspiration!
